Leozão cobra explicações sobre recebimento de subsídio de vice-prefeito de Pedro Leopoldo

Na última semana, em uma publicação nas redes sociais, o vice-prefeito de Pedro Leopoldo, Salim Salema, mostrou um racha dentro do executivo e disse não participar do governo do prefeito Cristiano Marião. E isso foi um dos temas da palavra livre do vereador Leozão Ribeiro, na 15ª Reunião Ordinária, realizada na noite dessa segunda-feira, no plenário da Câmara Municipal. O parlamentar questionou se o vice-prefeito seguirá recebendo os subsídios para o cargo.

“Se rompeu, vai seguir recebendo salário pelo resto do mandato. Ele foi às redes sociais para dizer que rompeu, o dinheiro público que paga o salário do cidadão, se ele não representa mais o povo como vice-prefeito, ele vai caminhar com as próprias pernas, vai ter uma exoneração, vai deixar de receber?".

Leozão ainda lembrou que poucas vezes em uma administração viu o vice-prefeito com tanta oportunidade para trabalhar e se mostrar para a população.

“O Vice-prefeito rompeu com o atual prefeito. A novela está se repetindo. Aconteceu no mandato passado, agora o atual prefeito deu a ele uma secretaria de desenvolvimento social, ele não quis assumir, mas indicou pessoas. E de uma hora para outra aparece um jornal com isso. Eu não apoiei o prefeito, mas temos que ter reconhecimento quando as coisas acontecem, e eu pude ver que foi um dos vices que mais teve oportunidade para trabalhar", completou.

Após os questionamentos do parlamentar, o advogado da Câmara Municipal de Pedro Leopoldo, Rubens Alves Ferreira explicou em termos jurídicos sobre o recebimento dos subsídios do vice-prefeito.

“Na verdade, tem que distinguir duas coisas: uma coisa é ruptura no âmbito político, ideias, plataforma de governo que ele achou não foi de acordo com o que pensa, outra coisa é o cargo que detém por força da eleição. A ruptura política não implica na perda ou renuncia do cargo. Ele só sai do cargo se renunciar ao cargo. Se ele está no cargo, ele continua recebendo o subsídio de vice-prefeito. Há uma discussão em relação à ética e moralidade de um vice de qualquer dos cargos existentes da federação receber por não exercer cargo algum, pois ele só exerce o cargo quando substitui o titular”, finalizou.
